AISHE (ALL INDIA SURVEY ON HIGHER EDUCATION)
The All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) is an
annual nationwide initiative conducted by the Ministry of Education, Government
of India to collect comprehensive data on higher education institutions across
the country. Sri Vidhya College of Arts and Science actively participates in
AISHE every year by submitting accurate and timely institutional data related
to student enrolment, faculty strength, academic programs, infrastructure,
examination results, scholarships, research, and financial information.
Objective
The primary objective of AISHE is to build a reliable and
detailed database of the higher education sector, enabling policymakers,
stakeholders, and administrators to formulate effective strategies for quality
enhancement and national educational planning.
